Being in college can be an overwhelming experience at times. When things feel uncertain or out of our control, it’s understandable to feel fear, anxiety or sadness. The key is learning to manage these feelings in a healthy and positive way. The Relaxation, Anxiety and Depression (RAD) Workshop can help you build life-long strategies you can use while facing anxiety or depression triggering situations. Come and learn different relaxation strategies and skills to help manage your distress and practice them in person.

These workshops do not require an Initial Consultation, but do require you to start on week 1 and are a multi-session commitment.

You do not need a referral for these workshops. Open to campus. Not necessary to be CAPS client or attend an Initial Consultation.
