A three-part series workshop. Students can choose to attend the entire series or a single session. Each week will cover common struggles that students encounter in college. The goal of this series to support students in creating changes and establishing habits that will improve a student’s overall college experience.

You do not need a referral for these workshops. Open to campus. Not necessary to be CAPS client or attend an Initial Consultation​.

    The goal of this workshop is to introduce students to the facts about test anxiety, help them to understand their own experience with test anxiety, and learn strategies to reduce test anxiety.           

      This session will review information about common reasons behind college stress and introduce techniques to help manage these stressors.

      This session is intended to help increase your understanding and knowledge about how to build and maintain healthy, effective friendships. We will provide you with the skills to maintain and strengthen friendships.
